For more than 12 years, Mary Orfali has specialized in Rossmoor sales and is a proud member of RE/MAX Accord Real Estate. Real estate is Mary’s second career, and she brings a fresh, client-focused perspective shaped by both personal experience and professional expertise. In addition to Rossmoor, she serves Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Richmond, Berkeley, and Oakland, helping clients navigate a wide range of market conditions and property types.

Mary’s passion for working with seniors was shaped by her own experience selling her parents’ home of more than 35 years. That process gave her firsthand insight into the emotional and logistical considerations that come with relocating, downsizing, and transitioning into a new chapter. She understands that a move is more than a transaction—it is a life change that deserves patience, clarity, and thoughtful guidance.

Having rebuilt her own home after the 1991 Oakland Hills firestorm and again in 1997, Mary is deeply familiar with the planning, resilience, and attention to detail required to move forward after major life events. She understands every step of the moving process, from preparation to execution.

Mary holds a degree in Economics from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. With more than 20 years of experience in information technology, she is known for her analytical mindset, organization, and meticulous attention to detail. These skills allow her to guide clients through complex transactions with confidence and precision.

Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys gardening, volunteering at the Pt. Richmond Women’s Club, and attending San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors games. She values community involvement and building lasting relationships with the people she serves.
